Today’s comic is sort of a quasi-tribute to the movie review strip Joe Loves Crappy Movies. Having written the script and in the middle of the drawing, the idea for the play on words. It’s especially appropriate since “Joe” is slang for coffee. There are levels of clever here.

Anyway, JLCM is artistically one of the best webcomics out there (in my opinion), and Joe Dunn is a stand-up guy. His strip is one of the few comics I know that is more playful rather than sardonic. Would you like it? Why not check it out and see?
